This shirt is the very first product from No Handouts, a business started by my son, Hanakoa.
Like most 11-year-old boys, Hanakoa has big dreams. His current dream is his own dirt bike. When he asked me for one, I told him I wasn't going to buy it for him, but I would help him learn how to make the money himself. That conversation became the foundation for No Handouts.
The idea behind the name is simple: work hard, earn what you want, and take pride in the things you've worked for.
This design is a collection of everything Hanakoa loves. It combines his passion for riding dirt bikes, his sister's Toyota truck (his favorite person in the whole world), and being proud to be from Kauaʻi. If you know Hanakoa, you know this shirt is 100% him.
As his mom, I couldn't be more proud. Hanakoa is kind, resilient, hardworking, and willing to try new things even when they're outside his comfort zone. Watching him take ownership of this project and learn what it means to build something from the ground up has been incredibly rewarding.
Every purchase supports a young entrepreneur's first venture and reminds him that dreams are achieved through effort, determination, and a little bit of grit.

If in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to initiate a return, all claims must be made with in 14 days of purchase. We ask that you please email us at saltandseakauai@gmail.com to ensure that your items are eligible for return prior to shipment. We will respond with a follow up email notifying you if your return was accepted and further mailing instructions.
All eligible returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the return amount.
EXCHANGES
All item exchanges will need to be reordered. You will need to purchase the correct item(s) and we will refund the original purchase amount minus the restocking fee, when we receive the returned items. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES
For any returns regarding damages, claim must be made with in 14 days of purchase to be eligible, regardless of damage. Please email us at saltandseakauai@gmail.com with photos of damage as well as your order number to begin the return process.
