We accept returns within 14 business days of your order's ship date for a full refund! (excludes shipping cost)
If in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to initiate a return we ask that you please email us at email@example.com or call us at +1-808-320-8515, so that we may insure that your items are eligible for return. Once emailed, we will respond with a follow up email notifying you IF your return was accepted. From there we will initiate and process your return if it is deemed eligible.
ALL ACCESSORIES, SUNGLASSES, INTIMATES, BEAUTY PRODUCTS, JEWELRY AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
We do not offer exchanges, a new order must be placed. (Sorry for the inconvenience!)

All return items must be unused and undamaged with its original hang tag and sanitary strip. If items do not meet this standard, refund will not be applied.
